Teams requesting fields for seasonal use should complete the Athletic Field Use Rental Application and submit it by the appropriate deadline: 1) Spring and Summer Use (March-July) - due by 5 p.m. on the second Friday in January* 2) Fall and Winter Use (August-February) - due by 5 p.m. on the fourth Friday in April* 3) Winter Use Confirmation (December-February) - due by 5 p.m. on the second Friday in September* 4) Next Year's Tournaments and Special Events - due by the third Friday in November* 5) *Applications received after these dates will be considered on a first serve basis and in accordance with other procedures outlined in this policy.
Answering the Special Use Permit Application questions is required for Individuals and Groups requesting use of SHP Pavilion, SHP Amphitheater, SHP Meadow, picnic areas, or indoor facilities. The questions can be answered online or by completing the Special Use Permit Application and submitting it to the e-mail address below.
