PenMet Parks presently owns and manages the following parks on the Gig Harbor peninsula:  Harbor Family Park, Kopachuck Heights, Madrona Links Golf Course, McCormick Forest Park, Peter's Pond, Rosedale Park, Sehmel Homestead Park and Wollochet Bay Estuary Park.
